I order at 01:23 am in the morning and still didn’t received my order for next 1 hour. When I had chat with your delivery executive that person was not even replying and saying the same information it will get deliver with in 20 minutes. This information was giving me 2 times and the deliver person was replying after 15-20 minutes. When I ask to cancel the order I only received my 71 rupees. Is this how they rob customers and make money .
Also prior to this they gave me the spoiled chicken i filed a complaint but again they only gave me 71 rupess credit not the full amount. I emailed them too at info@eatclub.com but no body replied me. I just want to put a legal case on eat club regarding these cheatings. My register email is rt200284@gmail.com
