Text of Complaint by Priti R Phillips:

I had ordered one apparel and one jewelry set from Mirraw online. I received the apparel in Dubai and paid 342 Dhirams cash on delivery. And i received the jewelry set in Ahemdabad for which i paid 2270 INR cash on delivered. I made a return for both the products and couriered both the items in a single parcel to their thane address as requested to me from India. I got the confirmation from the courier company as well of them receiving the product within a day. For 14 days they denied that they received the parcel. They joked over the customer call for me following up everyday on my refund. Finally on dec 16 2022 i got an email with a transaction id that my refund was processed but unfortunately till date i have not received it in my india bank ac. The bank is asking me for details of the transaction which they are refusing to provide me and on the contrary asking me for my detailed bank statement of 2 months. It has been not only a disappointment to deal with them but such sites are undoubtedly scammers and should be banned. They have no professionalism, nothing like customer service. The reviews on their website confirm my judgment against them. Kindly block them from selling stuff on a huge scale online. I expect some help to receive my refund as I definitely don’t trust them to share my bank statement with them. Whereas they are running away from sharing the transaction details if at all they have refunded me the amount and which is my right to receive the details of the refund.
