The Dunzo app canceled two of my orders placed on the 27th and 29th Nov, 2022 respectively. Both of my orders were canceled by Dunzo themselves. Upon raising the issue and constantly emailing them, all they say is that the refund has been initiated and it will reflect in my account in 5-7 days. It has been more than a week and my refund of Rs. 350 has still not been received.
