Hi
I received a wrong product. After that i raised a return request . 2 times pick up person came to my house but didnt picked up the product as their supervisor refused to take it because its a wrong product.
I called to customer care so they have taken all the details like product id etc. After 2 days i have to call back to customer care because i havnt recieve sny mail or msg regarding pickup. So i told me they have already given approval for it. So 1 person came n picked up the product.
Again no msg n no mail received from their end. Its being a month now 25 calls to customer care 13 mails to them providing all the details n msg that which person have picked up the product but he didnt updated the status.
Now i m not recieving any response from their end.
