I cancelled my booking of hotel on the 26th and I haven’t received my refund. The money was suppose to instantly reflect which it has not. It’s been 4 days now. I tried contacting everywhere but none of them have reverted back. I’m really disappointed in the service.

Dear Sir,
I booked hotel rom MMT app on 23rd June(Booking id :NH71115214994788), but due to some unknown fact my booking was cancelled after deduction of money from account. On 24th June my refund process of amount Rs 9182 was processed and on 27th June message came that refund amount has been processed and money will be credited in 1-2 days. But it has not been credited in my account till date. I have tried the reach you but as we all know Make my trip customer care service don’t exist. I have raised support request on 04th July, but that too went in vain. I request MMT personnel to kindly look into the matter.
