I did a recharge of Rs.199 for my airtel number 8471893525 on 25th November via ‘My Airtel app’. The transaction failed and the amount was debited from my bank account. The app said refund will be done within 7 days but I still haven’t received any refund.
Same thing again happened on 29th November. I did a topup of Rs. 10 to my number through My airtel app and the transaction failed and amount got debited from my bank account.
