I have submitted complaints with respect to balance getting reduced wrongly about a month ago. Till now there is absolutely no response from customer care. I been recharging my Airtel prepaid number. But the balance is reducing even though no calls are made. I recharged with 200 Rs. But balance shows 2 Rs. Please cancel if any pack is activated unintentionally. I had raised this issue preciously as well, however I was told that I have used 4g. But please refer to the attached file. I’ve never used 4g at all. This has been happening for past several months. Please restore the balance which was reduced.
