I have made a transaction of RS 1300 from Airtel payments bank to registrar of rgpv bhopal.on 27 April and transaction id is20190427164602780183.i was filling my exam form but the money deducted and form was not filled ..and from more than 1 week IAM waiting for my refund ….plzz help me
