I have been following up with Makemytrip from pas 2 months for my refund of cancelled flights. I have got the confirmation email from Air India Express that they have refunded the amount to Makemytrip last month. They have been closing my support ticket everytime and now not allowing me to get in touch with them. There is no email replies or calls from them.
