I have booked a ticket for a friend on 21st November for Kolkata from Bangalore. The money got deducted and after half an hour I got the msg. that your ticket is not booked and we will refund your entire money.
Today more than 1 month passed and I have not received my amount back, every time they are saying that they will do next week and simply giving excuses.
I must say that it is a fraud company and no one should book ticket from here.
