Booking I’d HTLQX66XRP. I paid for a hotel booking which was not confirmed but my money for INR 3485 was deducted. And through 24/7 go support and help it was showing booking in process till I tweeted on Twitter about this concern.I had paid for this booking on 16/8/2021 for 17/8/2021 to 19/8/2021, and still there is no refund and any contact by Goibibo.

i hade booking my train ticet on 7th Dec-2022PNR TRNAGG3X05IHQI And it cancelled now Goibibo hes refunded tha amount i have stil not got my refund
please see to it as icon’t talk to you support team as you have not provided any number for tha same
