I had booked a flight from Bangalore to Vishakhapatnam on 9th November, 2021 for 9950 INR after being directed to their site from a Google Ad. Later I was informed via mail that the ticket was in processing, and that I must wait for 30 minutes. After 10min a mail notified me that my reservation was “cancelled due to an operational reason” and that a refund will be provided post “8-10 working days. I am having series of phone calls regularly, and they hardly picks the call once in a while saying your refund has been initiated and money will be refunded within two days. Kindly help me on this.

Worst service and worst refund policy, as per your customer care executive your refund process take 30–35 working days totally worst company of Travolook. I was cancelled before 24 hrs and your customer care executive ask will just refund Rs. 3000/- , means Rs. 2000/- deduct. it’s worst policy.
I was take follow many time but still not refund yet. I was cancelled 20 November 2021, but still not any process done.
As per customer care after received payment from Airlines we will refund to you account in 48 hrs and I have received update from GoFirst airline, they was refunded in 23 Nov. 2021, after that not refunded Travolook.
