Text of Complaint by Robinson Thomas:

I ordered through Zomato from Eat Fit on the 19th of march at 10.02pm #1600991697 and paid rs 155.00, and i wanted to cancel the order cause i changed my mind and had a chat with the Zomato rep to have the same cancelled but i charged 155rs for cancellation . the reason provided was food would get wasted.. i ordered for biryani which is already prepared and i was told the food just got started to be prepared and will get wasted.. i asked them for refund and was denied the refund.. i asked to reorder the food and was denied the same..
