i had placed a order of 2 10inch pizzas from eatclub on 13th july 2024 at 6:02 pm in evening and the wrong order arrived at 7:30 which is already a delay, plus the order was wrong. i tried to contact countless time with customer service and after finally connecting with me and having a chat i decided to cancel the order and my money would be refunded in 24 hours was said to me. today it is 15 july and no money has been refunded and eatclub is no longer picking up calls or anything and not giving refund.
