I ordered suitcase pack of 3 from Amazon (order no. 404-0474109-4842742)
When I received the product it was just pack of 2,thats why I immediately returned the product and initiated refund.
After 1 month when I didn’t received the amount I contacted the Amazon and they bluntly told me that I have given them the wrong product that’s why no refund shall be given.
I even talked to their escalation team and same reply were given to me.
