Text of Complaint by Abhinav Kumar:

I have purchased one plus 11 5g mobile on 20 feb, i received the item with my iphone xs exchange. But the one plus volume button was not working and I raised this with customer care service within two days. After that i did multiple follow up to return this product finally they have placed the return pick up.
Then i wanted around 9 days to get the refund but they did not initiate and i again went back to cs of amazon. Then they said they will do the investigation and after that they said they will not refund as they have received the wrong product.
I again did multiple follow up and they said they will not do the refund wearas i have returned the correct item only. I have the bill and a picture of the defective phone, delivery boy contact details. Delivery boy scanned the item in front of me and now they are saying the item is wrong. This is a fraud, I am reaching here so that i can get some help. Please find the below evidence for the product.
