- I ordered from Jiomart on 19th July 2020, Order ID 15951390069038365M . The item was never delivered to me. This order cost is Rs1186. from which Rs 274 was refunded on 7th August.
I raised my first complaint on 15 Aug and i was given complaint No. Today its 24th September and i have called Customer Care for 22 times and even emailed to Cs@jiomart.com and Cshead@jiomart.com. but everytime i am given a complaint number.
Funny thing about complaint number is that it gets closed after 48hours whether it is resolved or not (as told by their representatives, i have recording also). leave the resolution part it will be closed even if it is not opened. this has happened to my 9 complaints already.
The customer service is worst. The first representative can’t do anything and phone call hardly connects to the senior person of escalation team. Even if i hav reached to escalation team, it doesnt matter because they will raise a complaint which will be closed in 48 hours without resolution. In a single call i have to wait for even one hour to get in contact to senior customer care representative.
what should i do to get my money back.
