This is regarding refund of flight ticket cancellation is not processed by Paytm. Due to medical emergency we cancelled our spice jet flight tickets for 14th Feb 2020 from bangalore to delhi and for 24th February 2020 from Delhi to Bangalore which were booked through Paytm app.
Spiceject has already refund the full amount of INR 7,777 to Paytm in February but since then I am continuously following up Paytm customer care team through emails and also copied to CEO and compliance team but did not get my refund.There are the emails where I am following up-

Around 50-60 communications emails have already been done since Feb, sometimes they responded saying we are working on this or we will look this on priority but still nothing they are doing. 3 months already spent with following up. Rewuest to take strict action against Paytm.
Please consider reference no. 158441180 which I raised in Paytm. And also tweet many times to paytm and paytm ttavel care..
I fed up with Paytm services… after copying to CEO or compliance team still not getting my refund.
