Hi
I ordered a product in October but the delivered product was not as per the specifications. The color was not as per what my order was placed. The return pick up was done successfully but post that I have been struggling to get proper status of the refund. They just say everytime I call that refund declined due to technical reasons. Now neither the refund is issued not the product is being returned after multiple attempts. Request an immediate resolution as I have been struggling with this for more than 5 months now.
