Hi!
[ ] I ordered samsung galaxy z fold 4 from amazon on 28th october 2022 order id: 405-1414876-6105105 amounting Rs 1,20,000/-
Got a used phone delivered which i returned after confirming with the customer service that i will get my refund soon.
I have been calling amazon customer service since then for my refund and these guys are just making a fool of me by giving new refund date everytime i call them.
I have got written confirmation over the email but all of this is useless as now they dont even speak to me for the same and instead talk to me rudely.
Completely lost my trust in such a big e-commerce giant.
