Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Clothing, shoes & accessories
The issue that I have experienced was: I want my refund money .. its been past 3 weeks now .. the app is showing we have initiated the refund but its not reflected in my bank account .. it takes only 7 days to transfer the money .. but how is this possible i want my money back now . or i am gonna file a police case of online fraud against you .
It occurred on: 25/07/2021
to process my refund as quickly as possible .
