Text of Complaint by Sharmidha:

I ordered a saree from Jons fab website with online payment.And after i received the product i found that it was no where match to the image shown in the website. So i decided to return the product and i checked the return policy. It stated that we have to return the product with our own cost and still the refund amount will deducted with Rs.250 (shipping charge). I paid Rs.999 for the product, so now i have to get atleast Rs.749 as per the policy.But i did not get the refund for so many months. i have sending mails and raising customer complaints in the portal for the past two months but there is no response.
