I have ordered a mattress from flo
order number 88943. As the mattress is not upto the mark, i returned it as per their policy and their delivery partner took the mattress from my house and delivered to flo. They didn’t inform me about anything about the refund. I am following with them for the past 2 months , still they are saying that they did refund from their side. But nothing has been done, they just sent a dummy reference number and my bank deny that no payment is done from flo side. No proper email response nothing. I feel cheated. Kindly take action
