Dear Sir / Madam,
Order ID – 404-0101519-2126758
As I have purchase from amazon on product as on 08/07/2021 and return on
27/07/2021 and after that shown as refunded within 7 days but still not get
refund I have talk with customer care executive may times every time they
give new date and time and not refunding the amount , already I have talk &
chat with your customer care executive as well as senior, same prototype
response, not ready to solve my problem, even your senior customer officer
giving the same reply ,
“within 7 days issue has been resolve”
“within 15 days issue has been resolve
“within 24 hours problem has been solved ”
“within 48 hours refund will be credited”
Last final date given was 25th September,2021 and after that another 48
hours given and till today not getting refund, Happy to see your company
working like this manner, giving false commitment every time and not giving
clear answer and also not providing legal company address for legal notice
