Text of Complaint by Swastika Bishnoi:

I placed an order with the Domino’s App on 19/02/2023 for which an amount of Rs.623 was deducted from my account but the order was not placed on the app. For the refund, I have been trying to contact Domino’s from the past one month, I have even tweeted about the same several times but I still have not received my refund. Being a student in college, it is already very difficult to manage the expenses and on top of that not receiving a refund from such a top brand chain, it’s very disheartening. The store manager keeps on saying that the finance team is not responding however I don’t know what kind of responsibility they are holding.
