I have ordered Samsung galaxy buds live from Amazon on 05-11-2023 and when I received it on11-11-2023 the product seal was broken and the product was also broken. I raised a complaint for return and the product was successfully returned to the courier boy but after some days when I checked my Amazon account to collect information about the refund it showed that”the product is lost in transit” I immediately contacted the customer services and they raised a complaint and told me to call back after three days, when I contacted them on 30-11-2023 they refused to provide refund and were disconnecting call back to back. They told me that the product they received isn’t the product they delivered, but I have returned the same product which was received by me. I also clicked some pictures of the product and shared it with the Amazon. But still they are refusing to provide refund
Please take some beneficial steps for me that’ll be your most kindness
I hope you’ll take me out from this problem ASAP..
