I had booked to and fro tickets between bangalore and phuket. I had to cancel the tickets due to coronavirus scare. The initial partial refund of 5000 rupees was done. But the remaining 9400 rupees has not been done by Paytm despite being already initiated by Indigo airlines a month back on 5 Feb 2020.
