I performed a transaction 22991 Rs for ordering a Movicool L 200i cooler. When I called customer care for getting information about symphony product return policy for this cooler, they replied me that cooler will be returned or replace in case of outer damage only during delivery, If cooler is not working or impaired in functionality then it will be repaired not replaced or returned. After getting known this return policy I raised a request on symphony site to cancel my order but did not get any response message or mail or any request number for confirmation . I tried more then one time to cancel my order by raising cancellation request on symphony site but did not get a single response anywhere. Then I contacted to customer care they replied me that my order status is showing unfulfilled it means product is out of stock, I requested them to cancel this order they replied they are not having facility to cancel the order through customer care please drop a mail on wecare@symphonylimited.com. Then I drop mail on this id number of times but not a single response I received regarding my cancellation request or refund. Then I again contacted on customer care they replied me when your product will arrive on your door you can cancel the order. After some days I received mail that my product is ready to be dispatch, on same trail mail where I was sending number of mails already for canceling my order. When delivery boy came to my door he asked me cancelation otp that I received on my mobile and went back with cooler. Now I am trying to contact customer care many time but I no one picking up call and no response on mail as well regarding my refund status i do not have a single mail in which I was informed about my refund status or any dead line. My money has been blocked by symphony because of that i am not able to purchase cooler from other place and my family has been suffering from summer for last 10 days. I and my family are being criticized by symphony….please help us and other ones facing same issue somewhere as we are.
