http://I HAVE ORDERED A PRODUCT WHICH WHEN GOT DELIVERED WAS NOT FIT IN SIZE HENCE I HAD TO ASK EZMALL TO REVERSE PICK UP IT AND INITIATE A REFUND. NEITHER THEY ARE REVERSE PICKING THEM NOR INITIATING MY REFUND OF 1300 RUPEES. Whenever I call their customer care they tell me to wait for 48 hours pick up will be done and refuns will be initiated but now 8 days have passed and they are fooling me.
