I made two recharges from my payzapp on 19th June from Rs 399 transactions id:93871930 and 20th June for Rs 30 transaction id: 93923033. But they are not billed this for few days. So I contacted payzapp customer care and they assured amount will refund. But the issues yet resolved from their end. Now they ask me to contact the network provider. They given falls information from customer care and cheated me. Kindly resolve this issue and help me for refund
