Dear Sir,
This is Ashirwad Patel from vadodara,Gujarat. actully i bought one Wizpad S15 HD 6gn ram and 64gb storage on 25th july 2020.i paid online by sbi debit card rupees 3799/-.i received two sms one for money paid via PayU and one for confirmation order.they said usuall order will delivered in 3-5 days.but still not get anything.and today i called on the customer care number of book my tab number 9832883584.someone picked up the call and ask me the concern then told me that order was cancelled because of product is not available what i want.so they will pay refund on google pay because they have not facility for direct credit in debit card.i am agreed for it ok will pay on google pay.he told me the process to follow first open google pay then pay by upi id then enter my number and after enter not my account but his bank name in upi then click pay and enter amount then click pay and enter upi password then he say some request has been generated and book my tab will credit my money then i feel doubt on him because which details i enter the name show Nihal Khan in google pay and i was sure if i have balance in my account its debited from account and take he all the money.i think its scam or he is trying to hack my account to take money from me.please support to refund my money back .i know he tried to fool me and say he only credit money by this method no other way for get money back and not provide any other tab to me.so kindly take some action against them.kindly support.
