This complaint is against Club Mahindra Holidays. A request for cancellation of membership was made on 10/9/2019,and finally the membership was cancelled on 26/12/2019.
Since then i have been in touch with them via mail/ telephone regarding my refund,but it is now 8 months and we have not received the refund. All we get from them is that my case is with corporate and within 60 working days i will get my refund,or we will look into the matter and get back to you.
inspite of my contact details available we keep getting a response from their end that they cannot get through my no. in this day and age how can it be possible for a company representative not be able to get in touch with a member especially when there are alternate no’s available to them as per the records, and instant reply’s sent to them with regards to contact details as well as options given to them so that getting in touch with me would be simple and easy.
if it was a payment that had to be made to them then 100 calls would have been made from their end. Their care a damn attitude is a disgrace and to with hold a members refund amount for months on end with no reason is absolutely unacceptable.
We have always been in touch with regards to the refund and even a mail was sent to the manager in charge of such issues but as usual i have not heard from her.
i have been patient for 8 long months but not anymore and that’s why i’m filing a complaint against club mahindra for non payment of my refund which is my right and hard earned money.
