Dear Team,

I recharge 479/- on 17 Dec 2018 on my no 9851309769 but benefit not received and recharge not done but payments status on screen success . After Complain customer they confirm i will get money withing 7 working days but as my knowledge almost its 17 days over. kindly tell me exact date when i will get money .
