On 8-1-2024 my return product was picked up.
Returns ID-
1.#RT170685598
2.#RT170694573
3.#RT170856363
I got refund for above 1 and 2 product.
But didn’t get refund for #RT170856363.
Delivery agent has already picked up the item on same day.
I have raised complaint to Ajio customer care . But unfortunately they are unable to give any resolution. Several times I have contacted customer service of Ajio but they said product is not picked u.
This is clear case of fraudulent from delivery agent.
Ajio customer care unable to give answer for this . This is very serious case. Pathetic customer care service.
