On 17th February I was trying to book a ticket from Kollam station to Kozhickode by UPI payment of amount of Rs 1900 was deducted from my account but , it was shown as payment failure in the Railway system as said by the ticket booking person. It was informed that I would get the money back within 14 days . But it’s already more than 22 days today.and I haven’t received the money yet to my bank account .
So please take necessary actions to get back my money deducted from my account asap.
