I have cancelled my hotel booking on yatra app for which the refund of Rs 6639 was about to credit in my account by 28th December 2023 , I have contacted yatra team for sharing the bank transaction id if they have refunded my amount but still iam not hearing anything from them until 10th January 2024, due to this delay iam unable to pay my credit card bill so can you pls help
