I ordered a mi security camera on mi store on 24-12-2019 and for some reasons i canceled it 25-12-2019.
After almost 7 days they give me a bank ARN number and told me that the refund is ititiate of our side and contact your bank.
I visited my bank and they said that no use of any ARN number. I talked back to Xiaomi customer support and they told the same.
After that i checked my UPI id and the ARN number is same. I talked and tell this but Xiaomi told that refund is initiated.
