Hi this is regarding my refund after my journey got cancelled by NueGo. My journey was on 8th july 2023 Noida to Rishikesh but NueGo cancelled the Bus on 3rd of july 2023 stating that the highway is block due to Kavad Yatra 4th July 2023 to 17th July 2023. But still I have not received my refund yet. Made so many call but have not got any solution. I am fed up now. I don’t know what to do next. I just want my money back.
