Text of Complaint by Bhat Mohsin:

On 8th January 2023 i purchased
truke S2 earbuds 999 the product was delivered and the product was defective so I returned the order and orderd replacement the seller received the product on 18th January but didn’t updated till 20th January that product has received. Even after 2 days the replacement order was not shipped so i cancelled the replacement order and asked refund the refund was accepted and it was in the cheque format , According to the policies the cheque will be delivered under 10 days now it has been 15 days I haven’t received the cheque yet .I call the Amazon customer service on 25 Jan they told me that you will receive your check on 27 but I didn’t receive it so I called them again , they again said it will be delivered on 3rd Feb , i didn’t received it so called them again on 4th feb they are saying you will receive it on 7th February is it fair ?
