Booked Train tickets online and payment was made via third party application named Paytm. Now IRCTC claims that they have initiated the amount and it has been sent to third party but they are holding money.
Refund initiated dated 22nd April 2021, for the amount ₹800. Reference number for the actual transaction:- 102060820986.

Refund was suppose to credit into bank account within 3-4 business days. and still have been credited. And the attached image clearly shows that IRCTC has refunded money to wallet, kindly look into the matter and please update it immediately.
