This is to inform you that Amazon took more than 30 days but yet full refund not credited. Whenever I call Amazon they neglect mentioning they have noted down a complaint harassing me further. Please look into the issue. Customer care agent Sudhanshu and Master made false promises wasted my time and took advantage even escalation team dropped my call.
