I have been waiting from 3 month to receive my refunds in the original mode of transaction but even after three months approximately, my refund is not paid.

I have been asking them status , escalated the issue to CS head even after that they are not refunding my amount, I don’t understand the issue and why they are not paying back my money.

I need my money returned back in the original mode of payment.
