Hi Team,

This is regarding a refund issue where I was made to make the payment twice for the same product. I had already made the payment using UPI option on Flipkart. However, at the time of delivery, the delivery agent said me that he is unable to see the payment details made and that I will have to make the payment again if I want the product. He said that it might be due to some technical glitch and that the money paid to Flipkart will get refunded back in 2-3 days. Since I too needed the product I did not think much and made the payment to the delivery agent via UPI which I believe was a very good decision since I now have the proof for the payment made.
Now its been around 2 months that I am chasing Flipkart for the refund. But all they say is that seller has rejected the request for refund and they keep closing my ticket.
I have already shared them all the required information as well as the screenshot for both the payment made.

I am tired of chasing them. Need your help here.
