I had ordered a pinata cake for INR 1034 to celebrate the birthday of a close friend from Cake Kanhaiya restaurant in Jaipur against the order no. 145619215939 which was duly paid online. Then, I received a different cake (pineapple cake), hence I asked for a replacement and Swiggy ordered the same against the order no. 145822555352, where I again received an incorrect order. Hence, I raised a query to initiate a refund and give me a coupon of the full time as compensation for the inconvenience caused during the occasion to all the members. I have already received a coupon, but now Swiggy is refusing to credit the monies to my bank account even after they have explicitly agreed to it. I have screenshots of the same.
