Hello Ma’am / Sir,
I am ordering cloths from this site “alayabystage3.com”, and there is always cash back (refund) policy and option when I do not like cloth or does not fit well to me. (that one can get refund of same money if something does not go well)
On Days of Diwali occasion, they have changed that policy on Just policy page (that for just 10 days no one will get refund of money) without any notice on home page / payment page / cart page.
On different e-commerce websites,
There’s always notice on * (sign) on these pages such as, “for Diwali period there’s no refund available” or “on your order there’s no refund.
I am cheated here by Alayabystage3.com and I want my cash back, that they are denying.
That is why I came to court that you will hear me, & will help me for my justice.
