I ordered Indi Tandoori paneer pizza along with garlic bread and other items from Domino’s Argora outlet Ranchi via Zomato on 31st oct, 2022. I paid 591 rs for the entire order out of which the pizza was worth 319+gst. The order was to be delivered by 1:45pm but that was delayed by 15 mnts and I got it at 2pm. Because of this delay, it was damn cold. The garlic bread was still eatable but the pizza was not at all eatable.
I filed a complaint on Zomato and they forwarded it to the concerned outlet
I asked them to refund the amount but they sd that they will send me another pizza hot and fresh!
The entire day passed but I did not receive the pizza!
After waiting till 3 pm on 1st Aug, I called the outlet again and the manager told me that he will immediately send the pizza.
I received it on time but when I opened the package, the pizza was not even worth to hand over to anyone. It was a very thin crust pizza and The topping was only on one of the cube and the rest 3 cubes were plain without any toppings!
I again called the outlet but the call was not being picked, finally after 5 calls, it was answered! When I asked the manager that the pizza that he has sent, is it really worth 319+ gst?? He sd he will call back in 15 mnts but he never called back!
Now my concern and complaint is that is my hard earned money worth nothing? Do i really need to beg for something for which I paid in full and did not receive properly? Who will pay for the humiliation and mental agony that i suffered because of that outlet???
I am also attaching the pic of the second pizza that I received.
I need a reimbursement of all this trauma!
