Hi Team,

This is regarding about Zomato Service in Hyderabad location. Recently I have ordered food on July 28th 2019 and this is my order id :1978632744. The problem which i have faced I waited for food one hour still they don’t delivered my food on time and I called to delivery boy He said I am coming into your place within 5 min and i waited half an hour still not coming after that i cancelled my order but that refund amount hasn’t back and they have charged amount to us.
I tried to tell my problem to customer service even they don’t take action and said that as per new polices we can’t process refund.
Please take an action on them they are doing not correct way.
