I’ve booked 3 ticket on Redbus from paravur kavala to banglore on 27 th December 2022. But had to cancel the ticket due to personal issues. It’s been 14 days and still haven’t got the refund money.the bus name is KKN travels. Having ticket no:TRDE96150596. PNR NO:104450. With seat number:12,17,18.when i last called they told they’ve initiated the refund but still haven’t credited to my account.
