I have raised a query that
I have cancelled a product but still it is showing delivered on paytm app.
At Delivered end it is also confirmed by Mr. Pankaj (Seller end)as per forwarded message below that they have done it by mistake or confusion.
I have raised my query 4/5 days ago but still it is not getting resolved. It is not showing cancelled on paytm and refund process is not started.
This is such a ignorance from paytm end.
I have received mail from paytm about resolution of my query.
But not any resolution till yet..
How can a product mark to be deliverd if it is not delivered to cusumer.
I hope that I got this solution soon.
