Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Online Food Odering
The issue that I have experienced was: We had placed an order with swiggy from restaurant ” Truffles” 2 items. Chicken burger and chicken pasta. The delivery guy had to deliver 2 orders on the way so he mixed up the order and delivered us the order from the bowl company a veg rice.
When we raised complaint, and sent an email they only refunded 400 however our order amount was for 601. We have still kept the order delivered to us and haven’t consumed it yet. But they are not refunding full amount
It occurred on: 15/05/2021
Swiggy need to give full refund amount of 601 and not 400. Everytime we are sending email to them they are only copying and pasting the response and givin only 400
I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.
